HOW DO I GET STARTED?

The first step in starting therapy is for us to start to get to know each other.  The best way to do that is to schedule a free, 15 minute phone consultation by emailing me at Dr.CDinsmore@gmail.com.   During this consultation, we will talk about your reasons for seeking therapy and questions and concerns you have about therapy.  If we are not the best fit I will provide you with a referral.

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

If you intend to use insurance, I am considered an "out of network" provider. If you would like to use your out-of-network benefits, I recommend that you contact your insurance provider prior to meeting with me to clarify what reimbursement you can expect. 

  • What mental health benefits does my plan offer?

  • Do I have out-of-network coverage?

  • Do I have a deductible, and has it been met?

  • Is pre-certification or pre-authorization required?

I will provide monthly documentation with the required information that you can submit directly to your insurance company.
